- Products should be in perfect condition have all tags attached, and ideally in their original packaging.
- For returns and exchanges, shipping fees are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the products.
- In the unlikely event of a product defect or a quality issue, we will reimburse you for the cost of the return shipping fees.
For a withdrawal of your purchase, you have 60 days (2 months) to return the product. Please follow the instructions in the Return Center. The total amount of the returned item(s) will be credited within the next 14 business days to the card used for the original transaction.
You can easily and quickly exchange our products. Here are the different types of exchanges:
- Exchanges for products worth the same amount: Once the exchange is processed, there will be no additional charge or refund.
- Exchanges for products with a lesser amount: The difference will be credited back to the card used for the original transaction, including if you paid through PayPal. Please allow 14 business days for this amount to be reflected on your account.
- Exchanges for products with a greater amount: If you want to exchange your purchase for an item of greater amount, you must return the item(s) and place a new order.
