Measure your low hip around the fullest part of your hip, 5 inches below the belly button.

They do the trick

I bought these for my husband because I was tired of his pants always looking saggy in back. At first he resisted the idea, but once he tried them on he was sold. Seriously! He asked that I buy him three more pair. Says they are the comfiest briefs he has ever worn by far. They help fill out his pants and he says the padding makes sitting more comfortable. I think I'll be ordering a women's pair for myself.

Very nice! The best padded brief so far

These are far to superior to the other two brands of padded briefs I tried. I'm keeping these and returned the others. The fit is fantastic in the front and rear. The pads mold nicely around the butt. The pads are fairly firm (firmer than others) but I would prefer the pads to be even firmer. In fact, I really wish the pads were gel. That would be my only improvement. Wore these on a 17 hour flight to Sydney. Pure heaven. I will never fly again without them. Sizing seems true to size. I'm a 34/35 waist and the size L fit great. I tried the M just in case, but would be incomfortable.
